Optimal Heights Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Optimal Heights. The care and personal attention I received was the best! After knee replacement surgery they worked with me for the best possible results. My surgeon was very impressed with my progress at my two month follow up.

I was referred by Dr. Bohn at IRMC to go to Optimal Heights for my SI Joint Dysfunction. I found out that Jeff (the owner) specializes with the SI joint and has done research on it. I also worked with Glen, who was able to re-align my sacrum correctly using the articulatory technique and muscle energy technique to fix my functional leg length difference. Both guys answered all my questions, were able to help me form a plan to move forward and were easy to talk to/with. I have a very specific and sensitive case of SI joint dysfunction and ended up creating my own routine, but this facility was very nice and helped me out. Today was my first session with Jeff and I was very impressed. He is very easy to talk to, listened to what I had to say and explains his thoughts on the treatment. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Optimal Heights.

I took my 15 yo to see Jeff for severe knee problems that were truly affecting her quality of life. Jeff not only listened to her concerns and formulated a plan but he was so considerate of her pain level and making sure she was up and running for the upcoming sports season. She would never be back on the court if it wasnt for this place!

The 92° pool is awesome! The 45 minutes of constant motion wore me out! Even though the movements were simple, the water's resistance left me totally exhausted in a really good way!
