SEE UPDATES BELOW. WENT FROM 1 STAR TO 5. So I call and spoke with receptionist and when she realized I need to schedule an appointment she connects me to their AI scheduling assistant. It probably would have taken her LESS THAN 1 minute to schedule me but still decided to xfer me…well, okay. AI scheduling assistant booked me for an 8AM appointment. Their office hours are 9AM-5PM. I thought strange but, MAYBE they have different hours this week due to the holidays…. So I drive all the way over here from Mansfield only to find them closed. Such an inconvenience….. Update: They were able to accommodate us to be seen as soon as they opened. Front desk was nice and expressed empathy towards the inconvenience. Recommend this dentist to anyone! Shoutout to the orthodontist, overall staff and the sweet young lady who started me on my braces process 🥰

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. In my experience since getting my braces, the staff has been amazing and they make you feel welcomed by talking to you as a friend instead of “just another customer”. All my appointments have been on time and I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes. They also talk me through every months procedures and my teeth move exactly as they said they would. My smile has improved drastically and I couldn’t be more thankful

Amazing dentist staff. Amazing doctor. They are always there for you and help in whatever way they can. Dr Jay will always do whatever he can to help you. He’s been such a blessing to my family.
