Today was the first day that I’ve ever been to a physical therapist, so I didn’t know what to expect. The office is right off 347, easy to find. The receptionist was very pleasant, patient and professional. Then I met Dr. Tricia Rosario who performed my treatments and she is one of those providers who takes the time to look into your eyes and listen to anything and everything you want to say about your condition. She instantly knows what questions to ask to get a clearer picture of what’s going on inside. She treated my neck and shoulder pain and then gave me easy to do exercises for home. She’s very intelligent, personable and can “see what’s going on inside” just through feeling my vertebrae and massaging the muscles. I walked out of there feeling wonderful and can’t wait I go back.

I have seen Tricia at optimal care for many years now. I first needed her services for issues related to my significant pain in my back and neck. I would call her when in significant pain and she and her staff were always willing to accommodate me. I’ve also seen her for rehabilitation after having surgery on my knee. Tricia is kind, caring and but most importantly very intelligent about her field and very effective in the methods she uses to care for her patients. Her staff is equally as sweet and diligence in their insurance claim processing. I highly recommend Tricia as a physical therapist to anybody looking in the Stony Brook area.

Optimal health care is the best of the best! They are always accommodating and willing to work with my schedule to get me in for treatments. I have never waiting more than 5 minutes to be seen by therapist. Trisch is highly knowledgeable, approachable and skilled at what she does. As an athlete herself she knows the importance and necessity of rehabilitation in order to get her patients back on the road to recovery! She give practical and hands on advise and exercises to increase longevity in sport and enable her clients to feel their best!!! Highly recommend!

Tricia & her staff are the absolute BEST!!! I started bringing my daughter here in January when she was only about 2 months old for torticollis. The work she did with my daughter was amazing. I have to say she treated my daughter as if she was her own, even on the crankiest of days, which were many! She never became frustrated when my daughter would have a tantrum. Tricia is extremely honest and will say when you no longer need therapy; unlike many other doctors who would keep you coming for a copay. Her staff is as equally as great as she is!!
