From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. The nurses are kind, patient, and always take the time to make my daughter feel comfortable. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and truly listen to parents’ concerns. They never rush through appointments, explain everything clearly, and always follow up to make sure my daughter is doing well. The entire visit from start to finish is always wonderful. We’ve been coming here for almost two years with our daughter and have never had a bad experience. Though, there have been a few times I’ve called to leave messages and never heard anything back, so that was a bit frustrating. Luckily it was nothing urgent. Being a first time mom, meant I always had A TON of questions every time we went in but each provider that we’ve seen has always taken the time to hear me out without rushing through our appointment. I honestly could not recommend Ms Kristi enough, she has always been on top of any and all concerns regarding our toddler, no matter how big or small. She adores our sweet girl and we absolutely adore her. The staff as a whole are amazing.
