I got a fully ruptured achilles from playing soccer, Dr. Akhtar was able to treat my case with surgery. Very skilled, knowledgable and honest. He was able to explain and educate me on my injury with full transparency every step of the way from pre-op to post op, surgery can be very scary and stressful but i felt assured under his treatment. His staff is exceptional, extremely helpful and supportive. The office incredibly clean and state of the art. Highly recommend him to anyone whether you are an athlete or not.

The staff is polite, visits punctual, and facilities well appointed. The new Fort Lee location is quite convenient.
