Optima Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics

I have been going to Optima Dermatology since I wasn't able to get my needs met at the Cleveland Clinic. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of the services (which are many) that are offered there. Some of the outstanding features are: 1. The ease of getting an appointment 2. The unusual short wait time in the waiting area 3. The staff, who are not only professional but friendly and respectful too 4. And last but certainly not least, Dr. Reimer. She is outstanding in her field. She takes the time to make for sure that I understand what she is going to do for me and why.

I went there just today. It was my first time there and to say everything was great and everyone was incredibly accommodating and nice is an understatement. I got a very understanding and caring doctor who listened and suggested a course of action for my issue, and although I haven't even picked up the prescription yet, I wanted to post to say I was more than impressed with the prompt and attentive care I received. Sydney and Dr. Porter were both GREAT. Update .... my apologies. I wasn't aware that Andrew is a PA and not a doctor, but it makes NO difference, he was and is GREAT.

Dr. Reimer was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond and even though this was my son’s first visit, she made me feel like we’d known each other for years. I would highly recommend her and will be scheduling an appointment for my husband.

Optima Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics is exceptional. Dr. Reimer is wonderful. She takes her time, listens and is very thorough. The staff is kind and welcoming, and the waiting area is comfortable, spacious and has coffee/water for you while you wait. I highly recommend the practice.

Good experience from start to finish front desk employees are helpful and kind. Dr, Reimer was so professional but warm as well Her staff was great and I left the appointment reassure.
