If I could give 0 I would. I'm sharing this because I think it's important to know how poorly they care for your loved ones in this facility. My mother say in a wet diaper for hours giving her a fungul infection as well as a UTI. They would not take her to the bathroom. She had to go back to the hospital because of the infections so instead of them treating her belongings like their own, they through them in trash bags. While I was picking up her belongings that were thrown in a trash bag, another patients family member explained to the staff that his loved one was in a wet diaper and wet sheets for hours. Right when I was standing there. This isn't just one patient, this is all. If you have a loved one there, please check on them. Please hold this facility accountable. No one deserves t

Castle Hill has been very helpful for me and my family when it comes to elderly care. The staff are also very helpful along with the social workers.

No Compassion, My father has Been there almost 3 Years, he was able to Ambulate, Talk and Eat With No Issues, Now He can’t Even Open his Eyes, Yesterday My Family Found him in Terrible Conditions, He Needs Assistance with Everything a Total Care Patient, Well, He was in Bed, Coffee all Over the Sheets, Diaper Soak in Urine and Feces and the Worse Part ALL over his Open Wounds, Family Advising He Needs Assistance and no-one Came to Assist, My Stepmother After patiently waiting for Assistance, She took him a shower, changed his Diaper and Fed him, I Have Been advised By Staff He Refuses to Eat and Drink, He Uses Dentures but they never put They inform to eat, Yet My Family goes to Facility and he eats all his food and drinks ever

It’s been a very challenging road ahead dealing with my mom’s dementia and the fact that she was no longer to live on her own performing her day to day activities. After many attempts of family care, my mom’s health continued declining through the constant falls she was now having, needing 24 hour attention. The staff at Castle Hill have been able to provide that. Maribel Alonso from the Admission Department was the first and only one from a few Rehabilitation Centers to reach out to me when my mom was in the hospital. Her kind words, reassurance and advice that everything would be ok was beyond helpful. I was overtaken by the care and compassion in her voice, that I chose Castle Hill as the Rehabilitation Center for my mom’s health to improve. Once there, my whole outlook kept on movin

This place is a great place for long term and short term rehab. I am happy with the care the staff, nurses, aides and the physical therapist give my grandmother.They gave her the respect, patience, understanding, and care she needs while she is there. The entire nursing staff Michel , Rosa , Eunice , Maria, Olga ! TOP TIER ! . They are patient and never give up on her. They give my grandmother encouragement to live 💕 I truly appreciate everyone !
