I have been a patient this facility for more than twenty years and it’s been a pleasure. Rayan is pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel heard and supported. Thank you Ryan and Dr Wilson, it’s been a pleasure. My knees thank you too. Lol

This Dr. is by far the best Orthopedic Dr. I've ever had! I love his bedside manners. He is very nice & respectful & he is there when you need him! I recently had foot surgery & a couple days later, I was concerned that I may be having an allergic reaction. He had me meet him at the Optim in Savannah late that afternoon. He greeted me & happily took a look at my foot & gave me a fresh new cast. I am very grateful for Dr. Jaakkola.

Another great experience with Optim Orthopedics! Dr. Wilson was attentive and thorough. He provided a possible future treatment path should the steroid injection not resolve the current issue. Fingers crossed that the minimally invasive solution works!🙌 I also saw James Harrell the day before for persistent in my thumb. He assured me it was just arthritis and gave me possible future treatment options but it is currently manageable with OTC NSAIDS. I appreciate the supportive care🙌⭐️

I always have an outstanding experience at Optim Orthopedics. Dr. Farmer is truly amazing. He takes his time with patients, answers every question, and makes you feel genuinely heard—not rushed, which is so rare these days. Any time I had a concern (and I mean any concern), his staff never hesitated to help. Through every office visit and every email, the care from him and his team was exceptional. I never once felt like a bother. From my very first appointment all the way through surgery, Dr. Farmer did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and supported. I don’t remember much from my surgery day, but I very clearly remember him stopping by to check on me, which meant so much. Dr. Farmer, his MA Margaret, and his PA Tally are all amazing. My wife had a horse bite off part of thumb we are seasonal visitors and did not know any doctors. Savanah memorial hospital had Dr farmer on call. We went to see him for surgery in Savanah. He was superb. His bedside manner made my wife feel very relaxed his nursing staff were attentive and caring and the results were better than expected.
