Optim Orthopedics - Pooler

I literally sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes before getting called back to a room. I was in the room no longer then 2 minutes and was taken back to X-rays. I waited about another 6 minutes before PA Brown came in and talked to me about my wrist. He offered a couple of suggestions what he could do and we settled on an injection. PA Brown is one of the best at giving injections I barely felt it. I have had many many injections in my life and can honestly say he’s great. I appreciate him and his staff. Was a really good experience.

Dr. Niemeier took time to fully understand my concerns and carefully assessed my needs rather than rushing me through the appointment. His approach was thoughtful and his explanations were clear. I felt genuinely confident that Dr. Niemeier’s expertise will help me get better. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an orthopedic specialist.

I saw Paige Mincey, Nurse Practitioner, at the Optim Orthopedics - Pooler, Georgia office. Upon entering the treatment room she introduced herself and asked me how she could help me. I explained why I was there. Paige listened to my concerns and began to address them one by one. She was very professional and empathetic with what I was going through. I would recommend her highly to others.

Went in for a follow up on a surgery and spoke with Paige Mincey. Super nice and always smiling. She showed me my X-Ray and explained everything. Even though it was just a follow up, she was very helpful and super nice.

Shannon is always very professional and thorough! She gives great insight about my medical condition that is conducive to strengthening my body! Her bedside manners supersedes are impeccable and brings comfort! Thank you Shannon!
