Optim Orthopedic Urgent Care

I had bad muscle spasm under my left shoulder blade from deadlifting. I’d been to my chiropractor four times in the same week and a full therapeutic massage with little to no relief. I went to Optim Urgent Care in Savannah and was seen by Bill Phillips. After a quick xray, he was able to isolate the problem and address the issue immediately. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and was able to sleep for the first night in over a week. Best medical experience I’ve had in the 2 years I’ve lived here. Highly recommend!!!

There were 2 young women working the registration desk when I arrived at 5:10 p.m. One of them was pleasant and accommodating, the other curt and condescending. The pleasant one ended up working taking patients back to the rooms while the rude one remained at the desk. I have been a patient of Optim for many years as a Patient Drs . Whelan, Wilson, Woo, Nicholson and Hagerty. I have visited the after - hours clinic numerous times and have had pleasant experiences. This visit was different. This woman wasn’t pleasant when I checked in and when I checked out. She made my follow-up appointment with Dr. Burke before I left but was not pleasant. If you find out who entered my appointment into the system, it will identify the representative to whom I am referring. She may have been just having

I am a long patient of Optim and will continue to be. This was first visit to Urgent Care office and very pleased with the service that I received. Everyone was polite and considerate. The PA, Bill Phillips, was exceptionally professional and considerate. He understood how much pain that I was in due to a fall. They got us in, got my daughter's bone set, her arm casted and had us out the door in about an hour. Everyone else was sending us all over the place and having us wait and schedule appointments, but they took great care of us.

This was the quickest I’ve ever been seen in an urgent care. Everyone was personable and helpful. Bill explained results clearly and set me up with what I needed to keep my injury immobilized. Everyone was professional and helpful.
