Optical Outlets

Arrived early for my appointment was immediately greeted and my information took. I had my two young kids with me and while I was looking for glasses and attempting to wrangle them Michelle offered them crayons and paper to color. She helped me look for glasses fitting my preference and made the checkout experience so much better and got me the best deal for what I needed/was looking for. Overall an amazing experience all of the staff were very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend!

Walk in @ approximately 9:45 am on Wednesday. Large and very clean facility. There were a few people but it was not busy, but it does get busy quick. I was greeted by Michelle. She was very friendly, and extremely helpful. She politely chatted, which made the process nicer. We walked around, looked at frames and she helped me pick out a few. There are quite a few frames to choose from. There were a few people with appointments but they were able to squeeze me in, which was fantastic. The pre exam was done by a friendly employee, (whose name I didn't recall)and it was quick and easy. Dr. Hernandez is amazing. I had such a great experience at this eye clinic! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. Elsa was especially wonderful — she was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

I can't say enough about the service I received from the Zephyrhills Optical Outlet. Dr. Anthony Ferris and his staff were so patient in making sure I had the best vision in my eye with the cataract. Unfortunately the cataract isn't ready to be taken out. They honestly were great. I would definitely recommend this doctor and office.

Super patient, super knowledgeable, and honestly made the whole process so easy. she took her time explaining my options, helped me find the perfect frames, and made sure everything fit and felt right.
