Krystal and Dr. Varghese are absolutely AMAZING! Both are incredibly helpful and truly go above and beyond. Dr. Varghese took his time to make sure I had the correct prescription and made me feel so comfortable knowing I can call anytime if I have an issue. Krystal is ALWAYS wonderful — she is my go-to girl! She consistently helps me find the perfect glasses and sunglasses. She has the best taste and somehow always picks out the cutest frames for me. Highly recommend this team — such a great experience every time! 💕

Dr. Varghese and his staff is absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and kind. He makes our appointments both fun and informative. His staff Krystal and Luce are the icing on the cake. I could have not chosen a better eye care provider for myself and my family.

I received both an email AND text message on 2/23/2026 stating that my eyewear was ready for pick up at Plant City location. After a long and exhausting day at school, I went there specifically because of those notifications. When I arrived, I was told that my glasses were NOT ready. I explained that I had received both an email and a text message (I showed to her) confirming they were ready. The staff member told me it was an “automatic message “ and implied it wasn’t her fault. What disappointed me most was not just the mistake-it was the lack of apology. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or wasted time. A simple “I’m sorry for the confusion “ would have gone a long way. If automated messages are sent before orders are actually ready, this will likely frustrate many cus

Guess i forgot to post this review last year. I loved the former doctor here and have been going several years. They changed to Dr Vorghese I think it is last year. Most rude and unpersonable optometrist I've ever met. Barely spoke and then got censured me because I'm allergic the drops they use to dilate eyes and can't have it done. It's why I get the imaging done instead. Then it took forever for my glasses to come in only to find they were done incorrectly and had to be sent back to done again. They were never correct. Don't think he got the Rx right as he literally barely did the flip of lenses during the exam. Will not be going back here and can't recommend tge.m.
