I had my yearly checkup today at Optical Outlets in Leesburg. All the staff were efficient, kind, and personable. The doctor listened to my new concerns, and did a thorough exam which calm my nerves. In the final step of checking out I was helped by a young man named Ayden. He was kind, patient, caring, and also knowledgeable. I had my eyes examined and bought new glasses. Everyone from the front desk girls to the physician was friendly and professional. They explained each test and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable and never rushed. Then Michelle, the young lady who put in my order for glasses was outstanding. She helped me choose my frames, giving me honest and heartfelt advice. She treated me more like a friend then simply another customer requiring service. Overall, I highly recommend their services should you need eye care.
