I love these meals, so much better than other services! The foods don’t need “doctoring up” like other food companies meals. Heavy seasoning isn’t needed hardly and I like that it has directions for how to prepare on the labels. I’m not even a big fan of chicken but I find myself really enjoying the different chicken meals. Crazy. In general, I love all of the food options. I feel like there’s just so many. Sandwiches, soups, salads, and heartier meals. The delivery is fine, they knock once and leave, which is what I prefer. I don’t like when they wait and wait for you to answer the door and keep knocking. I have a dog and she gets excited when they keep knocking. Great service!

When I started Optage I thought it was ok especially because I was sick of Mom's Meals. Optage food is average, rather boring. They have french fries on so many foods, no desert and now they stopped all the rolls! I am now very happy with the change over to Homestyle Direct!! Talk about a lot of flavor!! They have been a huge change and I really like Homestyle Direct meals! I'm very happy I changed!!

Optage is the WORST. They cut back on the rolls, the quality of the food and the quality of the drivers. For the past few months they keep messing up my order, gaslight me about it and claim they can't afford to buy chicken tenders even though they are owned by Presbyterian Homes who have assets of 1.8 BILLION dollars, income of 700 Million dollars a year and pay their CEO over $500,000 a year! I have an eating disorder and they are actively sabotaging my health for profit! VERY CHRISTIAN OF THEM! Isn't Trump part of their "church"? WORST MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE EVERY!

I recently chose OPTAGE as my home delivery service. They are the only company to offer fresh salads. Last week was my first week receiving meals and Lord, what a godsend. They just magically appeared at my apartment door. I've no idea what time they were delivered. Today, is delivery day, so I taped next week's choices on my apt door because last week I got no phone calls or buzz, even though I live in a secured building, the meals were found in front of my door. This morning, I noticed a missed call and a voice message. It said they'd missed me and the next delivery was next Tuesday. Ok, so can you try to redeliver on your way back? Nope. Or let my case manager pick up the meals? Nope It was a clear NOPE. He said the meals will be thrown away??!? These were not special dietary meals. I'd
