Overall, my experience at this doctor's office was beyond SHAMEFUL and left me feeling extremely frustrated and disrespected. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. It's clear that this business (especially the front desk guy, Mike) has no interest in prioritizing the needs and concerns of its patients, and I would strongly caution others against seeking care from this provider. The Los Alamitos office disorganization and unprofessionalism is next level. I had my first consultation and made my appointment for my surgery TWO months Ago. The surgery was for a serious matter regarding stitching up my under eye and it took me over six months to get this appointment in the first place. I was on my way to my surgery (which keep in mind the office is over an hour away from where I live)
