Open Water Medical Morehead, NC

Today was my first visit to Open Waters Medical at the Morehead office. The staff was professional and I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Stafford was friendly and very thorough. I would recommend this practice.

I went to this drs office the past 14 yrs. Back then it was great, I was a patient that had to go in every month. I had no real issues at all. Referrals were sent out fast and the nurses would call you back and let you know anything. And when you called in and left a message they made sure to call you back. Loved the drs and staff. The last 2 years have changed though most the original drs that worked there are no longer there and it’s changed. Myself and my husband both went there and with staff they wouldn’t return calls half the time and when you were told they would refer you out to someone and we waited and waited then had to call back in to be told they don’t know why the other Dr didn’t receive the referrals because they sent them and then said they would send again and again. It’s always a pleasant visit at this office, all of the staff make you feel welcome and show true concern when you are sick. Lynda is a wonderful MA, she is very efficient and very knowledgeable and well organized. Sydney is very professional, very passionate about her patients and she gets things done.

Employees very nice and informative. All our needs met! So grateful we were able to get in this office!

Christy is amazing and is always willing to listen and draw labs that arent "standard" to help me get to the bottom of issues. Shes been so patient in helping to find me a specialist who will listen.
