Open MRI of Jackson/Flowood Physicians' Imaging

If you need a MRI this is the place to be. Come in the front door and you are greeted by a friendly Front end secretaries. Great seating, clean restrooms and change room. The MRI was the best I have ever had. The guy helping me was a wonderful patient guy. I can't say enough good things about Open MRI of Jackson/Flowood

From the moment I walked in the door, this was an amazing experience. From the transparent billing and fees to the kind customer service all the way over to true patient advocacy! Further, I also want to specifically express my sincere gratitude for Julie and the entire patient care team at Open MRI of Jackson! When I went in, I expressed my concerns to her about the area being imaged (lumbar) and explained that my area of concern seemed to be higher in the thoracic region. At Julie’s prompting, the entire staff went way above patient care and advocated for what I truly needed! They stopped everything, worked quickly with my physician to add the Thoracic spine to the existing imaging order and were able to find the direct source of my issues! Open MRI of Jackson is my new go-to place for any scan. It's in a convenient location. The office is clean. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I had a brain MRI with and without contrast. They provide individual rooms with a chair, table, lamp, and mirror so that you can take off anything that has metal in it. There is a little basket that you can put your items in if you choose. When you walk out to get your MRI, they lock the door and give you the key. I was by myself, and I left all of my belongings in the room. I was not concerned about leaving them. They offered a towel to put over my eyes during the scan which was nice. They were experts at giving the contrast. The open MRI machine is amazing. If you are claustrophobic, this is a great option. Super nice people. But if you are a busy person you might want to look at other options or reschedule meetings. I had an appointment for 1:15, did not get called back until 2:30, got put in the machine at 3:10 and got out at 4:00. It’s has been 3 weeks since I got a full body scan and I still have not got my MRI. This is the 3rd time I’ve called and they put me on hold and then said they would call me back but never did. These people are not serious

I went in for a full body scan. They took my $2,400 at the time of the scan. It is almost a month later and I have not gotten my scan or a refund. I am unsure if I should get lawyer involved or not. They are terrible with communication I have to wait on hold every time I call and half the time I get hung up on. This is a joke of a place of business. I do not recommend to anyone.
