Front desk was friendly. As for the technician Chris. It’s nice to have some kind of compassion for the patient. Not having any music to help get through the MRI was tough. Maybe this will help the next patient if they need a little TLC.

12/10, all the staff were very patient and friendly! Things went smoothly and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Extra points for Morgan who helped me tie the back of my gown :)

The individuals were nice but the images seemed to missed key structures in some views due to the ‘thickness’ of the slices. Luckily my doctor was not concerned. I’ve been told a two week wait to have it read which seems like a long time.

The most horrible experiences with scheduling. Extremely difficult. Not sure why my dr uses this company. I have always through the years have had bad experiences.

The staff at the open MRI in Glastonbury Connecticut were absolutely amazing. I am claustrophobic and they were super super nice and did not make me feel silly in anyway. Thank you very much.
