Open Hearts Home Care Service

My client is 82 years old and had a gap in service. The owner Jessica, On Call Coordinator and HHA Shyree met and exceeded my expectations. My request was very last minute and they went out their way to accomodate my client. My client was very satisfied with the services rendered and was able to get a good nights sleep. Update: that was for one day Moving forward my client was scheduled for 8 plus hours a day and experienced no call no shows, theft, cooked food left unrefrigerated, an Incontinent patient left soiled for hours, unauthorized purchases on her bank card and ebt card.

This agency is a joke. Jessica the owner is a complete liar and does not know how to manage her staff. Do not waste your time with these unprofessional people. I was suppose to have a meeting with the owner Jessica the scheduling coordinator and 2 aides who were interested in helping with my son. The owner or scheduling coordinator never called and never showed. Who does that? Especially in healthcare. So i called to see what happened and why no call no show. The scheduling coordinator told me she never knew about the meeting. I asked to speak to the person who called me and set this all up and it happened to be the owner. I was put on hold then Jessica came on the phone and apologized and blamed the scheduling coordinator for it all. I told her the scheduling coordinator just told me she

Lisa at Open Heart is super helpful and informative. We needed an aide for our son who has autism and Lisa walked us thru the entire process. No matter how many times a had questions or concerns she and the staff were available and it might our fearful situation less terrifying. I appreciate Lisa and Open Heart tremendously! Open Heart Home health care rocks!

Office very unprofessional! They told me the Thursday prio that they would have aide to come out the following Monday! I waited all day Monday no one came! I called and they acted like they knew Nothing about me ! They said they would call back! Never called back! They lied all around! Do not deal with these people!!!!

Unreliable. Poorly managed. Untruthful. Look elsewhere, don’t waste your time dealing with this company.
