Being 9 years old is hard enough, and having teeth pulled can make it harder….not today! From moment one, it was a great experience! Compassion and caring! The knowledge of how to make it an almost painless visit is evident! This little girl had only positive things to say, smiles🤗

I have been going to Open Door's Medford location for about 6 months now. Everyone there is so fantastic. They are all willing to go above and beyond to help you understand insurance benefits and to make sure you get the care you need and still stay in budget. I love the text reminders and communications. They make every step of the dental process as pain-free as possible. I am grateful I found them and I recommend them to everyone. A massive thank you to every single employee at Open Door. You rock.

Tech was very nice, polite and professional. Hygienist was also nice, polite and professional. They explained the process and explained what they doing at each step of the way. The Doctor was also polite and professional. He explained what he found and what was needed to get my teeth fixed. I felt taken care of.

Fantastic customer service with easy convenient scheduling and A+ greeting ability of front staff. Hygiene assistant was bubbly and energetic. The hygienist was experienced and outstanding. She literally had me laughing while doing her job and I was laughing again tonight remembering her stories. The dentist was kind and communicative and the X-ray visuals on a big screen very helpful. And price was right. A well oiled machine that works great! Many thanks.

I found this office on a Saturday morning when I really needed a dentist to see my husband for an extremely painfulI infected tooth. I have never known of a dental clinic open on the weekend and our dentist had been unavailable through the holiday from Thursday until Monday.. The office was very clean and efficient. Patients were seen quickly… We were able to get a stronger antibiotic and some advice. We were grateful.
