I had an amazing experience here on Saturday 2/28! I was nervous to try a new dentist, but they exceeded my expectations. I had a toothache on Friday so I gave them a call after finding them on Google, and I was really surprised they were open on a Saturday to take care of me. When I got there, all of the staff was nice, professional, and timely. Dr. Lindsay was able to see me after my quick x-rays, and I was SO HAPPY when he told me they could extract my wisdom teeth that same day. My previous dentist gave me the major runaround so I was shocked to hear the great news from Dr. Lindsay 😅. The extraction was pain free, efficient, and I am so pleased with the results, I feel so relieved! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and felt really embarrassed going in, but after cracking an old crown, I didn’t have much of a choice. I’m so glad I found this office! They were able to get me an appointment quickly, which was such a relief, and submitting all the forms was easy and straightforward. From the start, the staff made the experience feel much less stressful. One of the assistants, Kat, was incredibly kind. When I shared that I was feeling embarrassed and anxious, she immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and supported. Dr. Jason Lindsay was thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. My check up and cleaning by the dentist, Dr Childs is always pretty good. He’s thorough and takes the time to show you your X-rays and photos which I appreciate. I did get completely soaked with water during my cleaning, water spraying every which direction and running down my neck but that’s not a big deal really. My issue is the guy who does the X-rays, flossing and polishing doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. He had to redo my X-rays multiple times which wasn’t exactly fun. When he was flossing , he wasn’t doing it correctly and I could feel him not hitting both sides of my gums and not going in all the way to actually get the gum line. During the polishing, he just went over each tooth for maybe a second each. I had a similar experience last year at my cleaning as well. Not as bad,

The staff here is generally friendly so I have no complaints there. The communication here is not great. When I went in for my 6 month cleaning they told me I had a pretty high balance which caught me off guard because I never received any notification of a balance until I walked in. Had I know previously that my dental insurance didn’t cover fillings, I would have updated my dental insurance during open enrollment but now I’m stuck with the same coverage for 2026 that I thought was great. I do appreciate them waving a fee to bring down my balance but I wish I had known about a balance before my appointment.

Had the best Dental experience. Everything was so easy and fast but at the same time felt super comfortable and was never rushed. The doctor was extremely detailed and explained everything so well that I had no questions about anything at the end. Looking forward to continue my dental treatment with them.
