Dr. Gold was the real deal. She is brilliant without seeming distant, was able to reassure my grandson about some of the ways his body is changing (he's 11, lol), and didn't talk down to us. I was quite confused at first, because I made an appointment just to have my grandson catch up on two late taxes, and it turned into an ordeal that traumatized him. The nurse we had was clearly training, and what should have been less than an hour visit, turned into two and a half hours! It was sundown when we got to our car, and I had to push it because I won't drive after dark, I am getting night blind. The location is at least 16 miles from where we live, and we could have easily gone straight to our regular Pediatrician near YRMC. It would have been a very disappointing experience if not for Dr. G

We moved here in July, and they were great for my son's annual check-up; however, when my son suddenly developed a rash at daycare, they would not see him and said they were booked up for the next 3 days at all of their locations. How does that help us? I've never had an issue with a pediatrician accepting a ten-minute appointment for a sick child. Extremely disappointed in this.

Let’s start with the good. We have been going here since a little before the pandemic. That being said, we have decided to mask up even to this day and that is how we personally feel most comfortable. There are no more mandates but even with all that going on, our pediatrician is always masking when we visit and even some of the nurses mask up and are already masking before we even walk in. So we know it’s not because of us but because some of them still care enough to do so. Some of us lost someone special during the worst times of the pandemic so that means a lot. Our pediatrician also always calls us back if we ever have questions instead of having us book a whole appointment just for that. He’s been so good with communication with us and he is just a wonderful human being. Now the

Dr Andrews is not the friendly, happy, cheerful pediatrician you have in mind when taking your child to the doctors office. She hardly introduced herself. She wasn’t in the room with us for a minute. It was definitely unsettling. I do not think my child got the care he needed from this visit.

My children have seen Stephanie Foy, Dr. Osueni, and Dr. Andrews since being patients here. Stephanie and Dr. O are great - just what you imagined a pediatrician and NP who work with children to act. Friendly, understanding, patient. Dr. Andrews....oof. She walks in the room with a rude tone, and just rushes me throughout the whole process. She was in the room with us for a total of maybe 5 minutes. She also looked super annoyed that my son was there too. He was 5 and sitting nicely in the chair eating a snack and playing with his nintendo. Hoping she just had an off day or something.
