I highly recommend Dr Hassan as well as the entire staff at the pediatric specialty clinic. I have never had an experience with any health facility in yuma like we had here. The medical assistant was phenomenal. Not only was she kind, knowledgeable and very thorough, but she also spoke to my son at an appropriate level. She explained everything to him perfectly, she didn’t treat him like infant but she explained everything that she was doing and also what he could expect from the doctor. Dr Hassan was incredible! Not only did my son love his matching suspenders and bow tie, but I loved that he addressed all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Habib is a very pleasant and professional provider we could not have asked for anyone better. She called on the phone with my sons results and since they were good she asked if it was okay to go over the results on the phone. She then asked if I had any questions and if I wanted to keep the next day appointment I could or we could cxl. Over the phone worked for me. Dr Habib provides caring and excellent service. I never have to wait on prescriptions or documents needed for my sons school. Its the first Dr that will call herself to check on my son after prescription changes. Front desk and mas are very friendly.

Staff at the clinic was very accommodating. The difficulty in finding the correct office location is my biggest complaint. I went to THREE different YRMC buildings in the Tuscany plaza looking for the correct location. One is labeled Specialty Clinics (valid assumption looking for a peds GI specialist), one is labeled pediatrics and internal medicine (also a valid assumption looking for a peds GI specialist), and finally the third was the correct one but the building is labeled Health Clinics (says nothing about pediatrics or sub-specialty clinic). The organization needs to make this more clear for new patients.

Its a Clean enviornment, however if you get your bloodwork drawn from YRMC Emergency Department make sure they do not loose your labs or Urine. It happen to my daughter. They had to make her pee all over again, & had to poke her 3 times all because on their behalf they lost her Blood work.
