Onvida Health Gastroenterology

Great experience from beginning to end! Unfortunately it's rare these days to be able to report such a positive experience at a doctor's office, which is why I am extra grateful! Kristie, the nurse practitioner, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and ordered the tests and follow up necessary. The medical assistant and the office staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to check out! Customer service was excellent all the way around. I'm already recommending to friends and family.

My review of Onvida Heath’s Onvida Health Gastroenterology on 16th St. in Yuma AZ is as follows: I attempted several times to call the office with the phone ringing continuously, no answers, no computer answering, nothing. I then called the gastroenterology on Avenue B, there I got a computer to answer the phone with no help. A few days latter I happened by the Avenue B location and went in. I spoke with a very helpful young lady, explained my situation to her and she set me up with a consult that afternoon at the 16th St. office. There I met with Elizabeth Smith about my issues and was given a choice of two options. I opted for a CT Scan thinking it would be the quickest, it has been a week with no calls or scheduling of the Scan. A colonoscopy scheduling is more like a month out. My foll

The Doctor was Great but the Hospital is lacking in class. You are way too Cocky and have YUMA at a Disadvantage because you will not let another Hospital come to Yuma. This is called a Monopoly and they should be punished for this.
