Onvida Health Bone and Joint Parkview Medical Plaza

Since having had emergency surgery on my left femur I have had to go to Onvida Health Bone and Joint Parkview. I am so happy that they listened to me. When I told them there was a screw loose they listened and did outpatient surgery to remove the screw. Now I have less pain, thank you especially Dr. Lanier. He did the surgery and I'm feeling better then before. 😊

The staff isn't too friendly. The girl who took my vitals made me feel uncomfortable. The doctor however was nice, gave me good feedback and professional.

I was admitted and had to have immediate surgery on my knee and the facility along with its nursing staff made me feel comforted in my time of distress and it really made a difference! They made me feel like a person instead of a number with their attention to all of my medical and personal needs. I appreciated that! I've been to medical facilities that were cold and the staff was the same but not here, they showed me sincere compassionate and their dedication to their medical profession was evident but not at all an obsession because they all made me feel human. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Mark Rouff for a standard med check during a 25 year ongoing issue where in I've been seen by dozens of health care professionals and this is my assessment of said appointment. As per usual, everything went very smoothly. Everytime I meet with Dr. Rouff I am listened to, my input and opinion is taken into consideration (because I know my body and he understands that) and we worked out the game plan for the next month together! He is a highly valuable part of my physical and therefore my mental health and well-being! In fact, I wish all my interactions with my varied medical professionals (and I have quite a few) went the exact same way!
