I had an 845am appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour later. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait any longer due to another appointment and just left. A call to let me know they were running behind would have been appreciated instead of wasting my time. Doubt I’ll be back.

I recently had a very disappointing experience during my visit with P.A. Julie Wiedman. Throughout the appointment, most of my questions were met with “I don’t know,” which left me feeling unheard and without clear guidance. I attempted to offer possible ideas or directions so we could work toward a solution together, but my input was dismissed. What concerned me most was that medication was suggested without fully understanding the issue I came in for. When I asked for clarification, I was told I would need to “do my research,” even though that was the reason I scheduled the appointment in the first place. My experience here was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes, yet the doctor was only in the room for about five minutes. There was no meaningful discussion, no background questions, and I didn’t even have a chance to ask anything before she quickly left. I asked if my prescription would be ready right away and was told “of course,” but when I arrived at the pharmacy there was nothing. I waited for an hour, still nothing. I called the office and they said they would contact the doctor, but she did not answer the phone. They even texted her, and there was still no response. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. on SATURDAY. I was greeted warmly in a COLD office and was taken to a room within 10 minutes. My nurse was friendly, explaining what was going to happen, the surgeon came in, very pleasant, and took the sample. Less than an hour later I had results that needed no more cutting. Stitches that dissolve and I was out of there about 10:00. Not that I want to repeat, but this office I would have no qualms if/when necessary. Great job!

Went today for a full skin check. I had Brandon. He was fantastic. They were a little behind, but the service I got was excellent. Would recommend this service to anyone!!
