OnPoint Pharmacy Flushing

This location has gone downhill and not bc of the employees ( they are nice and very helpful ) but the lack the basics. Every time I go there they run out of NyQuil or things like Brillo pads. I also shop for my parents and their pharmacy’s card machine is either “ having a glitch “ or is out of order when I use their OTC card to buy their medicine. It’s been months since they haven’t fixed rhe issue. The sad part is that there are many senior citizens thay rely on this location for their basics and medicine so I’m wondering how many of them have to go make the trip to other places. Please fix this location .

I was in the neighborhood a few months ago when I found myself needing to run into a pharmacy. Thank goodness OnPoint was there! I immediately felt so welcomed and so at ease! The staff here are always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and they go above and beyond to ensure I receive the medications I need in a timely manner. The delivery service is game changing! I would especially like to point out my favorite pharmacist, Kristina, and her kindness. It is always so busy here, but Kristina never fails to make me feel so focused on and never rushed. And whenever I get vaccinations from her, I never feel anything more than the tiniest pinch! She is so gentle! I highly recommend coming to OnPoint for all of your pharmaceutical needs!
