OnPoint Family Medicine at Westminster

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the doctor and I had only scheduled a physical because I needed it for my HSA money. Hannah Craven was the best doctor I could ask for during my physical. She was so kind and took time to explain every single thing that she recommended for my age. I am so grateful I had such a kind and patient doctor. I am definitely going back to her for all of my medical needs.

Love all the staff at OnPoint. They listen and address your needs throughly. My Doctor is the best. She consistently looks out for my best interest as far as my health is concerned! Highly recommend OnPoint!

Consider this your warning NOT to visit this medical center. This is by far the worst medical center I have ever been to, not because of the doctor or the front desk staff, who were kind, but because of the billing department. The billing representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unwilling to help. I went in for a simple visit to request a referral for blood work, which should have been covered by my insurance. Instead, the medical center charged me $200. They classified my visit as a specialist consultation, which is simply not true. I was in the doctor’s office for about 10 minutes, only asking her to order blood work. There was no examination and no specialist consultation. When I called the billing department to understand why I was being charged $200 for this, I explained

I really like this office. It's hard to find a good Primary care provider. I recently had an issue with a bill and they listened and got it corrected. I highly recommend OnPoint Medicine!
