Always understaffed and therefore they can not possibly take care of the needs of their residents. This results in blatant neglect The majority of the staff working there are traveling CNAs and nurses. I will often find the CNAs sitting on their phones doing nothing while patients have needs. When patient needs are pointed out to them, they will take care of the issue. When brought to the attention of the administration, I received a lot of lip service but nothing changes. We have to check in on my loved one everyday to make sure she is dry and comfortable.

Absolutely despicable care and non-existent communication. I'm writing this on behalf of my Father's experience dealing with my Grandfather's admission. Little to no physical therapy was actually done, they just put my Grandfather in a diaper to lay in his bed all day. I visited once and the assist/call button had very little slack and would easily fall off of his bed. It took 2 weeks of my Father visiting every day for the social worker to finally send over transfer papers to get him to another facility. My Father went to visit him, only to find out from the secretary that he was admitted to Upstate for a serious health issue. ZERO communication or phone call about this. His room was cleared of all his possessions to be stored in a box in the basement, even his bed was removed. If you

To be fair to this center, most of these reviews are all 2 years old and one year old reviews. The facility has probably gone through changes to improve their status. Yes I will give you there are understaffed problems there I seen it which will account for the long waits for when the bells go off in the rooms. My experience has been pleasant there visiting a patient. There is no smell of urine at all in the hallways and I saw no patience on the ground not being picked up. Check the dates on these reviews before you decide where you stand. But there is understaffing going on

Sadly I had been made fun of and mocked by a few aids for my lip reading due to my deafness hearing impairment. They had no understanding how I could hear and be hearing impaired needing to lip read They were not educated about it.Very rude & obnoxious they made communication difficult for me. If they ask if I needed anything, I couldn't respond fast enough before they took off. They had me upset in tears often. l saw they were getting better at being nicer once they understood HOW I heard then things got little better. There is a shortness of staff but these girls are trying to get things done Other aides were more attentive made sure to be close to me so I could I read their lips Bre and oh sadly I forgot others names Ugh That were the ones so kind to me . Also some nursing s

This facility should not be allowed to operate. Every day I visited, there was the same man on the floor that had fallen out of his wheelchair. The response times to the patient call was extremely long. I understand there are far more patients than team members, but there was minimal urgency and even less professionalism. After one day, we requested a transfer. That transfer was so ill handled that the details would bore anyone reading this. Long story short, despite informing the contacts we were instructed to inform, the day of transfer, everyone claimed they had no idea this was happening and verbally disrespected my mom (the patient) prior to departure claiming she never informed them. Odd how the tables turn when they felt they were not getting the communication and response times the
