I have been taking 5 of my children to this office for 25 yrs, absolutely love it here. They have addressed EVERY illness or question we have had in a timely manner even when my 1 mo old needed surgery. We especially like Dr Debrah Staples, she is kind, compassionate and ALWAYS takes the time to speak with the kids about safety and fitness so they understand it's important to help take care of themselves instead of Mom and Dad "making" you . As for all of the negative comments, how many people out there take the time to leave positive feed back? Most will only do this to complain. I have NEVER had a problem getting my children in on short notice for a sick visit, they even took 1 of mine in to administer a shot without an apt so he could go bk to school!!!!! I would recommend this office

I would strongly urge any parent to avoid this practice. The incredible lack of professionalism, excessive wait times for appointments, and inability to complete paperwork in a timely manner simply outweigh any good this practice had. We waited over 20 days for a prescription for our newborn to have the correct paperwork filled out by the office. When I spoke to nurse “Jenna” on 9/24 for an update, I was told that she had to fix the initial paperwork as it wasn’t filled out properly, and that after 20+ days we were no closer to actually getting the prescription for our child. She agreed that she wouldn’t be ok with treatment like this if it were her newborn waiting on a prescription and that there was no office manager to discuss concerns with and that “she has asked for an office manage

Very incompetent. Didn't agree with their practices. Then when I wanted the records sent to the new office I've had to do multiple requests, phone calls, after 3 months of waiting I finally got one daughters records. Had to physically go in and watch to make sure that the other daughters records were sent. I drive 45 minutes just to feel secure about my daughters health and wellness. Daughters are no longer afraid to go to their doctor's.

Refused to give me any of my childrens personal information so that I may give said information to their new doctor. Kicked my children from the practice due to their own mess ups by miscommunication. Nurse proceeded to speak over me refusing to let me explain the situation to try to fix said problem that had arisen. Then the same nurse preoceeded to tell me it was my fault but that was just her “opinion” as she said . Would recommend choosing a different doctors office as they clearly show no respect for any of their patients. Not worth the trouble that comes from a place that cannot communicate and then you or your children pay the consequences for their mess ups.

It’s been over a month now that ive been trying to get my children’s medical records transferred to their new office they’ve claimed that they don’t have they papers that I went and filled out to have them sent out. I’ve tried to have them faxed multiple times and mailed. I will be driving the 2 hours to go in person to pick them up.
