One Family Clinic & Urgent Care

I have been here a couple times now. Everyone is really nice, and they are professional. However, I will not be back because I feel a little bit taken advantage of just because I called and inquired about hormone treatments. They told me the price for the visit + bloodwork. All that was fine. But then after I was there they informed me about a monthly fee that would need to be paid whether it was time for refills or visits or not. I then left with no treatment, no more answers, nothing and used my $75 that I had set aside to get this fixed without any solutions. I think they need to be more upfront about the monthly program charges cause I would have never came there for this and would not have wasted my money.

One Family Clinic was over the top professional & caring to all my health needs. They were happy to explain their services and patient program. They made me feel welcomed as a new patient. Quyen took her time to get to know my family history in order to get to know my needs. She listened and genuinely cared. I am so grateful to have found this clinic in this season where I don’t have commercial health insurance and have to be a self pay patient.

I love love love Dr.Quyen Johnson!! She listens and cares and absolutely shines ✨️. Also, the front office, medical assistant, lab tech, I didn't catch her name, but she was doing all 3 jobs and still managed to be very pleasant, and caring, and also amazing. I would give 10 stars 🌟 highly recommend

I highly recommend one family clinic and urgent care. They provide primary care and same day for urgent needs . Quincy is specialized in weight loss and hormone optimization for men and women. You won’t be disappointed with her expertise and knowledge.

Great customer care, efficient and speed of service. Love the way they go above and beyond to help. Try the IV service if you haven’t. It’s amazing.
