Carolina is a very knowledgeable, caring, and professional neuromuscular therapist. She was very thorough at my initial session, going over medical history and current issues prior to the session and after the session, taking the time to go over what she found during the session. The session was exceptional. I was able to easily relax, she applied just the right amount of pressure to ease tension and muscle pain, and I opted for the hot stone therapy, which was so amazing! I felt great after the session, but noticed a day later that I was feeling so much better! I seriously have a spring in my step, my mood is better, I'm more aware of my body and I can't wait for my next session on-land and I'm super excited to do an in-water session too!

I had an absolutely awesome session! I had pain in my shoulder/back area and the intake forms were so thorough which I thought was silly at first but NO! Everything I put in there she carefully listened to. Not only that, but she did research to make sure she was doing the absolute best for ME that she could. Blown away by the professionalism and care I received. We worked the area I had pain in and the whole session she asked me questions, and listened so that we could find that spot and work to relieve it. Carolina even spent time after our first session to show me what we worked on and give me a custom aftercare plan. She even has checked in with me a few times to make sure I have been following the aftercare plan and to see how I’m doing. If I could give 50 stars I would. Worth every s
