Believe the one-star reviews — this is not the place to seek oncology care. The level of disorganization, lack of compassion, inconsistency, and poor medical oversight is truly alarming. While a few staff members attempt to show basic humanity, others greet you with nothing more than a flat “Date of Birth.” It seems the oncologists here are independent contractors with little to no knowledge of the patients they’re treating — relying solely on whatever happens to be in the electronic health record. Here’s just one example from a visit I attended with my relative: He had an appointment to review his PET scan results. Yet again, it was a new oncologist we’d never seen, clearly unfamiliar with the case and reviewing the EHR for the first time right in front of us. Accompanying him was a woman

I have tried 3 times just to reschedule an appt. & that's because they don't follow up on a CT iam suppose to have. No permanent doctors. They don't answer the phone. All I can say is awful! People needing oncologists are already dealing with enough. Shame on them!

What a strange cold sterile almost eerie place. The only employee with warmth and compassion was the blonde lady at the front desk. She is a pro. All the rest chose the wrong profession.

I find it hard to believe in this world of technology that a buisness can make so many mistakes. I understand that every person is dealing with a serious health concern I'm not special and I'm sure they can be busy however so many errors in care is completely un acceptable. The fact that the Dr can't even get your name correct at times, there's a bigger concern. Who has oversite?no Empathy no standard care no one to accept responsibility.

I have been going here for 8 months for Chemotherapy treatments. The staff is wonderful and they really help their clients/patients get through a tough time. Every time I go there it's like walking into Cheers. Every one does know my name. I have had two emergency events happen to me there, one I keep falling down for no apparent reason and the other I was vomiting blood due to bleeding ulcers. Each time nurses and other staff members appeared out of nowhere, got me into a wheelchair, took my vitals, summoned my doctor to check me out, and called an ambulance for me. I received better, faster, and more professional help there than I would have expected from a fully staffed ER. My doctor is an Oncologist/Hematoligist which is exactly what I need to help me with my care and treatment.
