On Pointe Dentistry

I highly recommend On Pointe Dentistry! I’ve been a patient of Dr. John McShane since I was a little girl. Dr McShane and his staff has always exceeded my expectations. Scheduling an appointment over the phone has been very pleasant and easy. The facility is always clean. All of the dental hygienists are extremely thorough, well-educated and super friendly. The dental assistant and doctor always make sure you feel at home. From my experience as a patient, I can honestly say that OnPointe Dentistry staff truly has a passion for dentistry and a love for their patients.

Visited the office today for the first time. Had an excellent experience. The office was clean and state of the art. My hygienist Brady made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. McShane was so kind and genuine. Look forward to establishing my care here.

Dr. McShane has been my dentist for about a year and I would recommend him to anybody. The office and all appliances are brand new and up-to-date. All of the staff and friendly. I have never had to sit in the waiting room past my appointment time - they realize that many people are coming in before/during work, so they keep it quick and timely!

This was my best experience with a dentist to date! I’m so sad that my insurance isn’t accepted here, or I would absolutely make Dr. Mcshane my general dentist. For the first time i felt like I was being looked at as a person instead of just a patient by somebody in a medical field. I went in to my appointment with concerns about needing some procedures done that a previous dentist, which i had a not so great experience with informed me about. I have been dealing with some financial hardships as of late and my insurance sadly will not back me for the procedures that I needed. Not only did Dr. Mcshane comfort me about the situation, but also explained the other alternative solutions i had that could save me more money. He told me that he could work with me on the payment portion if I chose

I had my first visit today, and I highly recommend this practice for comprehensive dental care. Brandy, the dental hygienist was very friendly and thorough. I also saw Dr Johnny for an exam and restorative procedure. He gave a painless injection, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Dr McShane and his assistant Jamie work so well together and took every measure to keep me comfortable. The office is beautifully modern and very clean. They followed preventive Covid protocol to the letter. I recieved the highest level of care by Dr McShane at On Pointe Dentistry!!
