Horrible! Never answers. No call backs, wrong supplies. Didn’t ask for ones I have so they are billing insurance for false orders. Can’t get what I need

Never, and I do mean NEVER, have I encountered a “business”, that is run more incompetently than this pharmacy. I am an inpatient at a rehabilitation hospital that contracts with this company. At one point, I went 30 hours without medication that I am prescribed to take every four hours. This poor excuse for a pharmacy has STILL failed to deliver needed medication four DAYS later. This is making my rehabilitation extremely difficult. I’m convinced the reason this horrible place even exists, is due to their affiliation with CVS. There are multiple choices in pharmacies, and this one should be shut down before they kill someone. If I ran a business like this, I’d be broke and homeless. Simply no excuse. I'm in a skilled nursing center that contracts with this pharmacy. They are absolutely ridiculous as a business I waited for 17hrs for all my meds on top of that I had to wait 4 days for a pain med because they supposedly had to order it and they had authorization from the Dr. to sub for another pain medication still had to wait. My sugar stay above 300 do to no meds on-time.This is unacceptable for any reason.

I like to give Omnicare 5 stars because it was the first time that I worked with them and everyone were very professional and very happy to help me taking care of my resident! Great team, specially Alicia Tokay!
