Omnicare, a CVS Health Company

My mother passed away 11/2014. I have received a statement for $4.54 every month since then. They have repeatedly told me it would be written off or supressed yet every month there it is my mailbox. It is not my responsibility to pay and she is gone. Do they have any idea how much they have spent on statements and postage? CLUELESS!

Really bad. The dispatchers are probably just doing a job. There is no concern for the people that they transport. Average time is 60-90 minutes. (Translation 2-3hours)

Worst transportation company. Over 2 hour wait time no matter what time of the day. Lying dispatchers, just an overall terrible experience if I could give lower than one star I would.

Shout out to the guy at this building that JUST asked an injured retired priest he could not sit on the wall in front of their building. SHAME.

They need to replace the “r”on the building.
