Omni Womens Health Med Group

The woman i was talking to literally hung up on me as i was explaining i needed a refill on my SEIZURE medication. I had explained the importance of the medication and she went on to HANG UP on me. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HEALTH CARE FACILITY IF CHOOSING ONE. I HAVE EPILEPSY AND THEY TREATED ME AS AN INCONVENIENCE. There are not enough bad words in the dictionary to describe how terrible this health care service is. Please, if you value your loved ones health, do not proceed with this health care. If i had children, i would be sick to my stomach knowing that they would not be taken seriously and that their medication they NEEDED would not be prescribed to them literally do to the doctors laziness. PLEASE do not put your loved ones in this position.

Called and asked if this was a part of “OMNI” and the girl who answered was rude when she answered saying it wasn’t. ok so why is it called “OMNI Women’s Health Med Group” online? And why does it give me that phone number? And why so rude on the phone, get better customer service skills, especially answering the phone, I wouldn’t recommend that business if they have someone like that answering the phones, pushing away people.

Terrible doctor and terrible service. Had an appt. Arrived and clinic was closed didn't even bother to call us. Rescheduled arrived and was told the doctor seeing my son had transferred to another office. Doctor usually takes her sweet time attending us when we do go. Also the front desk girls are all rude. I would def. Choose a different provider they absolutely are the worst
