Omni Health NP (Dr. Shatika James, DNP)

I saw Dr Shatika James for a follow-up on my infected nail from a pedicure cut. She was incredibly patient, listened to all my concerns, and explained my medication changes in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed, and she truly cared about helping me manage my health. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care.

Dr. James is an outstanding provider with a deep background in hematology and oncology, and now she’s applying that experience to her telehealth focus on primary care, holistic wellness, and weight management. She’s incredibly thorough—she listens closely, does her research, and often picks up on important things that others miss. With experience in hospitals, private practices, and caring for all kinds of patients, she brings both clinical expertise and compassion to every visit. I always feel heard, supported, and in very capable hands.

At a time when it feels so difficult to find a provider that listens to understand, finding Dr. James was such a relief. She takes the time to explain and answer all of my questions, and ensure I throughly understand every part of the care I receive. I can tell she’s done her research! She’s an incredibly supportive practitioner and I have referred many friends to her.

Went in for a consultation and was amazed. Her bedside manners are beyond impeccable. She is well informed, attentive, dependable and above all else, she is kind. She didn’t try to force anything on me and genuinely listened to my concerns. She gave me multiple options to work with and I didn’t feel judged at all. I will definitely be back.
