As a nurse myself who has worked with many doctors over the years, I was truly impressed with Dr. Comelli at Omni Health. We recently moved to Bakersfield from Oxnard, and this was my son Mateo’s first visit here on 10/23/25. Dr. Comelli was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient he took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan of care. It’s not often you find a doctor who combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion the way he does. The staff was welcoming, the office was clean, and the entire visit went smoothly. I’m so glad we found Omni Health i highly recommend Dr. Comelli!

Dr. Adams seems like he wasn’t interested in any of my concerns for both my children under 5. Our visits with him always feel so rushed, like he doesn’t care. Would not recommend to bring your children with him. Office is nice and clean though.

Doctor Angie was great in soothing my concerns and gave me great advice for keeping my blood pressure down. She also was able to quickly get me signed up for a therapy appointment and was able to set me up for my flu shot and blood work. The nurses were incredibly kind as well! They were very gentle in drawing my blood and giving me my flu shot. Thank you for being so kind!

It was my first time at this location. The office was large, well lit, and quiet. I was the only one there for a few minutes and one other person was in and out for a vaccine, Im talking minutes. Front office staff was welcoming, helpful, respectful, and professional. Wait time was fast. When I left there were a handful of people in the waiting room but it was still quiet. The nurse who took my vitals wasn't very warm or welcoming, but was still professional, kind and respectful. Ive seen a couple OMNI doctors and think I found my new doctor. Angie Shaffner checked all the boxes, warmth, eye contact, good listener, responsive, wrote down things I said, didnt rush me, and was efficient.
