Arrived at this location and it's permanently closed. I wish I was told this by the receptionist when I called. UPDATE: Overall disappointing experience. Informed them that I didn't know the original location closed and moved to Butler. Was unable to see me for being sick due to them having prior patients & that they were closing soon, then recommended an urgent care. A runaround that shouldn't have happened. Feeling uncertain about returning again to this clinic.

Terrible! Dr.Yang said she sent over a referral that she had since November. I've been waiting for a new prescription for my migraine medication. Today she gives me a number to call. I call they tell me I have the wrong number it's neurology surgery only. I then call Omni I tell them the situation he puts me on hold and says he is trying to contact the Dr. He puts me on hold again I wait and wait then the phone disconnects. And each time I have to explain myself and tell them what the Dr. told me to do. Everyone is clueless.

Dr Alex Hernandez is very thorough and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and presents interventions to address patient needs or concerns. He is the epitome of empowering patients to be involved in their care to improve their outcomes.

Overall, I really appreciate the staff and NP for listening to my concerns. I’ve been going through a lot with my health and I just felt hopeless about finding a primary care doctor who will actually listen and care about her patients. They listened to me attentively and answered all my concerns. Im rating it only 4 stars is because staffing in the front could be a little more friendly. I feel like the people in the front sets the vibe for the whole visit. So, if they can work on being more friendly, that would be great!

First of all, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The nurse was really nice and friendly with great bed side manner she really made me feel comfortable and at ease. She even gave me my flu shot and I'm a big baby when it comes to needles. The doctor was handsome and professional and checked me out quickly and I feel so much better. The office wasn't packed or busy so I was in and out no problem. Overall I am very happy with this office and will continue my medical care with
