One star. Customer service is nonexistent. I requested no fluoride during my cleaning, which I am entitled to refuse. Weeks later, I was told I had to pay a penalty for refusing it. Poor communication and unethical billing practices—they tried to charge me for a treatment I did not receive. Avoid.

I can only say that all bad reviews are 100% true. they are the worse place to go. I was their patient since they opened up but as soon as they started getting more patients they became the worse in costumer service I had ever seen!!!! I have a lot more to tell about them but I think I'll never end, just one horrible story to point out: I had an appointment which I confirmed over the phone and on text. I paid for a babysitter and arrived to the office only to be told I don't have any appointment scheduled. I showed them the confirmation message but they said they cant do anything because they don't have me on the dr's schedule. Worst most dysfunctional office ever been to. They are rude to patients. They won't reschedule appointments if you are unable to make an appointment. The staff courtesy is below grade level unbelievable! There's no professionalism and is supposed to be a medical facility. Stay away from this office.
