OMH Medical Group - Pediatrics

I’ve generally had nothing but great experiences here. Loved dr callozo & Clarissa diédrich is also pretty great! My children had a well child coming up and my youngest had broke his collar bone. When I asked to add this to the well child app the front desk said they could not due to coding. HOWEVER, Clarissa was VERY thorough with both my boys and ordered the X-ray anyway, along with labs and referrals etc. She was also very kind and understanding despite my youngest being super wild during our time together. The nurse was also great!

Absolutely zero compassion for sick children. Was told by urgent care to follow up with pediatrician, but OMH pediatrics refuses to see my young child (she is an established patient). We have never had a problem with OMH before this, or any healthcare provider. OMH pediatrics wants us to go back to urgent care. I did not feel comfortable doing this, as my child is not urgently sick and could come into contact with other illnesses at urgent care. I am blown away by a pediatric office that treated me and my child with such disregard, disrespect, unkindness, and zero care. I was politely disagreeing with MA on the phone about situation, and trying to come up with a solution to get a lab done my daughter needs. I prefer my daughter to be seen my the pediatrician office that has her records, n

It's OK for the most part, I don't feel that they are the best for kiddos with adhd or other mental health problems. Yes, front office staff can be rude, it's hard to get appointments and takes forever to get refills. Unfortunately it's the only pediatric office within the area. We miss our old Dr. Callazo....

What a joke. I thought Dr.s take an oath to help people. This office won't see you if you are sick. Only healthy patients allowed. The receptionist Kathy is so rude it is unreal. I will be changing primary care for my kids to somewhere that actually does their job.
