I first went to Olympic Physical Therapy (OPT) in 2009 after having knee replacement surgery on both knees. With chronic rheumatoid arthritis I can’t say how many times I’ve been to OPT for various reasons but it has been many. I am presently going again for my knees and balance due to the recommendation to my rheumatologist Dr. Harper. My current PT is Kimberly Ethridge and she has been excellent. While I feel the trainers and therapy staff are dedicated and caring, and find no fault with them, I can't say much for the companies business practices. When the gym was closed due to CoVid, the company didn't offer even a partial refund to the gym members unable to use their equipment. Their response was, "we've lost money, and still have bills to pay." Well, so does everyone else, and if you can't use a service, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
