Olympic Dental at Walnut Creek

Two years ago, I endured a deeply traumatic experience at Western Dental. I was dismissed, not listened to, and treated with a lack of emotional awareness that left lasting damage. The experience resulted in physical disfigurement and completely shattered my trust in dental care. That trauma stayed with me. I avoided dentists for two full years, carrying fear, anxiety, and hesitation every time I even thought about trying again. Olympic Dental changed that narrative. The building itself shows its age. There is older carpet that has clearly been there for a long time, classic directory plaques that list businesses by floor, and an elevator that feels like it carries stories from the Reagan era. Finally found a dental office I actually enjoy visiting! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about their patients. Dr. Roemer is professional, thorough, and explained my treatment plan in a way that actually made sense. The office staff is also super helpful with insurance and scheduling. Great atmosphere and excellent clinical care. Five stars all the way.

Very good experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Treatment was excellent. Very thorough. Follow up treatment plans were explained well as well as expected costs. They were quick to get me in for the initial appointment due to a cancellation. I’d highly recommend them.
