Olympia Family Dental

We had a very scary situation where our three year old fell and hit her tooth and it went into her gums. The team at Olympia Family Dental was absolutely incredible by getting us in last minute on the same day to get a quick x-ray and reassure us that she would be just fine. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for them and how much peace of mind they gave us!!! We will be doing all of our family dental here from here on out.

Although I didn’t receive treatment here beyond an evaluation, I had a really positive experience at Olympia Family Dental. Gabby at the front desk was amazing. I was in pain and wanted to get it checked as soon as possible, and she helped me schedule an appointment and made sure I was seen ASAP. She was kind, sweet, and very helpful during a stressful moment. The dentist was also very kind and professional. Took the time to explain everything clearly during my evaluation and then referred me to a specialist for my wisdom tooth surgery. I appreciated that they made sure I was directed to the right place for the proper care. Even though my visit was just for an evaluation, I left with a great impression of the whole team and would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

My mother has been going to Dr. Kim for years now and the Dr. and his staff are very good technically, as well as providing a great atmosphere. I called his office to inquire if my mother’s dental plan for 2026 was still in-network, as the Aetna website listed him, (falsely) as out-of-network. Gabby worked to contact Aetna over two days and many phone calls and got accurate information to confirm that he was in fact in-network. We couldn’t be happier to have my mom stay with Dr. Kim. Great work Gabby, and thank you!!!

Had my molar/wisdom tooth taken out here with Dr. Kim - definitely did not feel the shots!! Not AT ALL! So if you an anxious dental patient this place will be your go to… Amber & Gabby in the front desk are a delight to deal with, very patient and always helps you out with any inquiries. Dr. Kim and Stacey - his assistant at my appointment were very professional and walks you throughout the procedure 💯

Moved to Olympia recently, OFD was recommended by my former dental group, and I just had a routine first visit. Gabby at the front desk was fully prepared, Kat was efficient with the interview and xrays, and Dr. Kim was crisp, friendly, and informative. He's a natural teacher, gentle and thorough, and I was impressed. They're usefully digital, with polite text reminders, and Dr. Kim answers personally for after-hours emergencies. Exceptional service. Fine choice.
