Olympia Convalescent Hospital

I highly recommend here. Why? 1. Their every meals are great! Must be a great chef. 2. Nice people who care for the elders are working here, especially Esther Marketing Director, Grace head nurse n Mr. Sung Ho Choi, Kevin CNA and others. 3. Recently their valet parking system for visitors is great. Thank you to all the staffs who cares for the elders. I appreciate their efforts.

It is my first time really spending the time to check out the facilities and meet the staff. I had met Esther last week (and I need to mention that she is bright, full of energy, and has a fun, positive attitude all around) so that encouraged me to come back. I am so happy that I did. The floors are spotless, a.k.a. hospital clean, and I would be confident eating off the floor like it was a tile plate. Anyway, the wi-fi is free. Glen was kind enough to take a moment to chat with me and explain, among other things, that here is no doctor on staff, but the doctor is always on call. RNs and LVNs are visible left and right. My mother was there for the past 8 months and would highly recommend Olympia Convalescent Hospital! We met with Esther the marketing director and she offered the best services. She definitely delivered on her promises and always went the extra mile to help ease our families mind. The nurses were all kind and bilingual. They always took good care of my mother and my mother only had good things to say. Everyone was so kind and my grandmothers condition improved vastly. I would highly recommend!

People's, I do not recommend this place, Nursing 과장님 Grace Kwun and Esther Kwun should be fired, They shouldn't represent Olympia.

My mom has been at this facility since November 2023. She can be a demanding Asian mother at 90 years old. The staff is very prompt, and understanding of her needs. Esther, Grace, Deborah, Claire, Hail-lu the nurse has been exceptionally attentive to all my mothers needs. NOT all facility's are this attentive and clean. In the beginning i was worried of having my mom in the nursing home. My father was in a nursing home and it wasn't very clean. This facility speaks Korean, Spanish, English. The PT is on point. Compassionate Facility. Very Pleased.
