This was my first visit to Olney Modern Dentistry. From the moment I walked in until it was time to leave, I was very well taken care of. Heather greeted me with a smile and got me checked in. After a short wait, Dr. Ninan called me to the back and reviewed any concerns. I found her to be professional, friendly and engaging. Dr. Ninan introduced me to Somikas, who professionally and efficiently handled my x-rays. Next up was the hygienist, whose name escapes me. Similar to the rest of the staff, he was friendly, explained everything he was going to do and handled his work very efficiently. Dr. Kim and Amber are hands down the best! Amber walked me through every step & explained each treatment which I really appreciated. Dr. Kim is incredibly detailed and takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you both for such an amazing experience!

I'm amending my review for now. I stand by my experience with Dr. Ninan. However, I am now realizing they have charged me for services I never even had done. I need to change my future plans with them and require a refund but upon reviewing the statements and reading these reviews I'm afraid I'll never see that money again. I'll update my review here again if this is resolved. I’m not done with the treatment for my situation yet, but I wanted to post a review of this practice and Dr. Ninan. I came here for an emergency visit so I had no idea what to expect and some of the reviews are iffy. The front desk staff has been welcoming, kind, and helpful. I would highly recommend Olney Modern Dentistry! I went there today, and I was blown away by the care and compassion that I received as a patient. I was in tears when I arrived because of the pain I was experiencing & also because I was worried that I wouldn't be able to afford whatever needed to be done. Amber came in to speak with me about a payment plan. She was so kind and genuine and I could tell she truly cared about my well-being. She took the time to figure out a plan that worked for me. By the end of the conversation we were laughing. I don't think I've ever even smiled at the dentist, let alone laugh. It was such a great experience. I am so thankful that I found them.

My first visit here went very much as expected. I was told I had excellent oral hygiene, which I was accustomed to hearing from my old dental hygienist (unfortunately we switched insurance). At my 6 month check up they brought me to the X-ray room. I said that I had X-rays 6months ago and do not want X-rays today. The tech said, “I will tell the Doctor you did not have X-rays today.” I detected a little attitude. After waiting 50 minutes, the dentist came in, examined me, and said I looked great. He said we just need the hygienist to see you and you will be done! (Great!) Then the financial person came in. I asked why I needed to see her, as this cleaning was fully covered. She checked and confirmed it was. (Do they not know this when I make my appointment?) Then the hygienist came in
