This place is an absolute joke. I came here for a work-related injury documentation concern and the doctor refused to see me. She tried to cheer me up by claiming she'd spoken to Dr Joel at the other location and that he was waiting for me. I got to the location and he never came outside. I literally sat in that waiting room and watched person after person who got there after me be seen. The front desk informed me that Joel did not want to see me. I don't know what on Earth these people are smoking but they don't belong in medical care. Wasting my time and my gas.

Thank you Dr. Stephanie A. Citronowicz for treating my husband today. I appreciate you going above and beyond and doing all you can do to help him. Not all providers especially walk ins do that. The check in nurse was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Went in for a soar throat and possible ear infection, was seen emediatly. Very polite staff, took multiple swabs and test and even consulted a dr from the mayo clinic to get me started on the rite meds. Will 100% go back!!

Needed a strep test and influenza test (with a whole lot of influenza exposures) the practitioner that tested me barely touched my nostrils for the flu test and barely touch my throat for the strep test. Surprise surprise both tests were negative. So I paid for what exactly?? I love OMC so to me this is very sad.

I've been here dozens of times over the past decade. People are kind and professional. I have not had the negative experiences of others in these reviews.
