I have been a patient of Olivia hospital my whole life 51 yrs and up to the last 15 yrs or so I have been pleased but after they had to build this new hospital, I have been very disappointed. The new hospital may have updated equipment and some more conveniences but they still don't have ability to do much. They insist on sending you to a health partner facility for major issues, MRI, upper GI, various surgeries. I almost was in an accident driving to Methodist hospital because mom need a consultation that could have been done over video. Yes it is good to have the back of Health Partners but if you can't bring the service to the people then what is the point to affiliate with them?
I want to thank the emergency department for all they do. I’ve had numerous health problems along with many surgeries. I have gone to the emergency department way more than I’d care to admit, yet this is the best hospital I’ve ever been to in my life. The nurses and doctors are the nicest and truly make you feel like they care. Thank you so much!
Best hospital experience from ER to hospital admission then transition to swing bed for therapies before being discharged back home with the appropriate services in place. Great medical team from practitioners to nurses and awesome therapy staff. I’d recommend to anyone
I just have to say that our experience at this Hospital has been nothing but GREAT !!!! We went to visit my brother-in-law and when we got there , the ENTIRE STAFF was great and very kind. What a beautiful Hospital this area has to service and take care of the rural area in Minnesota. Thank you to the nurses and staff for all your hard work. .....and to the the staff that keeps this Hospital spotless. Our visit was on November 10th 2022
Great staff and knowledgeable doctors. My nurse was amazing, and doctor John called me within an hour from when I got covid test! I called his nurse left a message, and she called back even though it was after hours, amazing! Health partners should be proud to have such amazing team members!
