Olga McAbee

Dr. Olga McAbee has been my doctor for over 20 years. Dr. McAbee is competent, compassionate, experienced, well trained and an extremely knowledgeable neurologist. Dr. McAbee, MD, FAAN (FAAN - which stands for Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology) is the highest level a neurologist can achieve. Double Boarded and Fellowship trained, Dr. McAbee is pleasant, optimistic and always willing to take time to thoroughly explain all aspects of my condition to me and my family members. I consider myself very lucky to be a patient of a wonderful neurologist. Dr. McAbee is in high demand so if you can also become her patient, consider yourself under great neurological care of a top doc.

My wife was in Stoney Brook SH for a stroke, she was her neurologist or on call neurologist. She never visited. She was told to see her the week she was discharged from the hospital. They told her she could make an appointment 3 months from that date. I’m upset she was sent out of the hospital with out the dr seeing her because the dr could not be located. Then it was pushed off to the office that was completely unconnected with the visit. If you want good health care it is not on the East end of Long Island. .
